They have $246.00 of my money from an order placed on February 24th, and tracking shows it stuck in Atlanta. All I get are generic bot responses for a refund. I felt compelled to review and engage with customer service because I desperately want my money back, and others deserve to know. This lack of accountability and communication is simply unacceptable.

While 7-10 days is standard for bank processing, I can escalate this to finance to see if we can expedite the release on our end. Customer: So, what does "expedite" mean? Will I see my money sooner, or is this just another empty promise after months of waiting? I will follow up with them immediately and email you an update within 24 hours.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap with GlassesUSA's abysmal customer service and refund process.
