Next-Day Delivery Nightmare: Paid for Speed, Got Scammed! 😤

I'm here to share my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. My recent order was utterly frustrating, revealing that this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I was lured by the promise of “eligible for next day delivery,” paid the extra $19.95 fee, only to find hours later that my order would take "3 business days." I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because their lack of transparency and inability to provide the paid service was unacceptable, and reaching a human was nearly impossible.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, almost twenty dollars, and my order confirmation email says it will take three business days. What's going on? CS Rep: I understand your concern about the delivery time, sir/ma'am. Let me check your order details for you. Customer: Check all you want, but I paid for a service you're not providing. I need that $19.95 next-day delivery fee refunded. It's clearly not 'next day.' CS Rep: I see your order for plano lenses. I can submit a request to our billing department regarding the delivery fee, but refunds are subject to their review. Customer: Subject to their review? I didn't get what I paid for! This is unacceptable. I expect that fee back on my card, not some review process.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
