I'm here to share my terrible online shopping experience with GlassesUSA as a warning. I paid extra for "express shipping" only to be completely ripped off; it took weeks to arrive, barely faster. Their customer service is truly among the worst I've experienced—impossible to reach by email or chat. This compelled me to finally leave a review and seek help.

Customer: I'm incredibly frustrated about my recent GlassesUSA order. I paid for express shipping, and it was a complete rip-off! It still took weeks to get my glasses, barely two days faster. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the significant delay with your express shipping, and for the frustration you've experienced. That's certainly not the service we aim to provide. Customer: And your customer service is non-existent! No one replies to emails, the chat bot is useless. I paid for a service I didn't receive, and I want a refund for that express shipping fee. CS Rep: I completely understand your demand. Let me pull up your order. As an apology for the poor experience and delay, I can offer a store credit for the express shipping amount. Customer: A credit isn't a refund for a service not rendered. This piss-poor customer service is why my rating for you dropped to two stars. I just want my money back.
