Let me tell you about my terrible online shopping experience, hopefully, this serves as a cautionary tale. I genuinely regret choosing this website for my recent glasses purchase. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid for "next day delivery" only to receive an email hours later saying my order would take "3 business days." This immediately prompted me to try and reach customer service, because clearly, they weren't providing the service I paid for. I felt compelled to speak to a human to rectify this blatant misrepresentation.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on my order, but I just got an email saying it will take three business days. That's not next-day at all. I need that fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. It sounds like there was a mismatch between the delivery option you selected and the actual processing time. I sincerely apologize for this discrepancy and the confusion it caused. Customer: Confusion? I was promised next-day! My order number is 12345. I need that shipping fee back. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: Thank you for providing your order number. I'm looking into it now. We definitely want to make this right. I can process a full refund for the $19.95 next-day delivery charge right away. Customer: Good. And what about my glasses? Are they actually going to ship out today or am I waiting days? CS Rep: The system shows the order is in production and should ship within the stated 3 business days. The shipping refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
