WARNING: Express Shipping Scam & Unresponsive Support Nightmare! 😡

My online shopping experience was genuinely terrible, and I want to warn everyone. I was ripped off for express shipping on several pairs and would never do that again! Seriously, don't bother paying for faster shipping because you still will have to wait a few weeks to get your glasses. It's not worth the money. My frustration with this, combined with the fact that their customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced, compelled me to try and leave a review and engage with their support, hoping for some resolution.
