My terrible online shopping experience at GlassesUSA serves as a cautionary tale. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, a fraud ripping customers off for services they charge for but do not provide. I paid for next-day delivery, but my order email hours later stated it would take three business days. This blatant dishonesty and the horrible, automated customer service compelled me to leave this review and try to engage with them, hoping to get a refund for the unfulfilled service.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, and my order confirmation says it will take three business days. That's not next-day! I need that fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delivery timeframe. I apologize for the discrepancy between the website's stated eligibility and the actual processing time. Customer: This is unacceptable. Your site explicitly said "eligible for next day delivery." I paid for a service you aren't providing. I’ve already tried calling and emailing multiple times, but I keep hitting automated walls. CS Rep: I hear your concerns about reaching us. I am happy to submit a request to our billing department right now to review your next-day delivery charge for a refund. Customer: A request? You're not just going to do it? It's clearly not "next day"! I'm frustrated that I have to jump through so many hoops just to get what I'm owed when you failed to deliver on your promise.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
