The frustrating “bot” just kept sending it to an email address I never received anything from! I spent two days trying to talk to a human to fix this issue with no luck. The ineptitude is astounding.

Customer: I've been trying for two days to get a return label for my scratched glasses, and I haven't received anything! Your bot just keeps sending it to an email I don't seem to get. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced. I understand how upsetting it is to receive damaged glasses and then face difficulties with a return. Could you please confirm your order number and the email address you'd like the label sent to? Customer: My order number is [Order Number] and my email is [Email Address]. I've tried this multiple times; it’s just not coming through, not even in spam. I'm very disappointed, especially after spending $372 on these. CS Rep: Thank you. I’m truly sorry for this ongoing issue. I've resent the return label to the email address you provided and also sent it as a direct link via this chat. Please check both your inbox and spam folder once more. Customer: I'm looking now… still nothing. This is ridiculous. I'm beyond frustrated. What's the next step if this doesn't work?
