They ripped me off for express shipping; seriously, don't bother paying for the faster shipping because you still will have to wait a few weeks to get your glasses. It's just not worth that money. My eye doctor said the true height is measured individually, not with a standard. CS Rep: I understand. Bifocal placement is very important for comfort. We typically use a standard height unless specific measurements are provided. Let me check your order details to see if we can arrange a re-evaluation or explore options for an adjustment. Customer: I'm just so frustrated with the whole experience. I've heard you only accept one pair for return, but I've already sent back three trying to find the right fit, and I might be stuck with this current pair because it's past the 14-day window.
