I’m afraid I don’t have many positive things to say about them. I ordered prescription glasses with progressive lenses and a blue light filter, expecting clear vision. What I received initially didn't have the blue light filter, and even after a replacement, the vision was distorted and blurry to the sides, proving that the quality just isn't there. This frustrating ordeal compelled me to reach out to their customer service, desperate for a resolution to what felt like a complete waste of my time and money.

Customer: "Hi, I'm calling about order [Order Number]. I received my replacement glasses, but I'm still having issues. The first pair didn't have the blue light filter I paid for, and now these replacements also lack it, and my vision is distorted when I look to the sides. It's truly unusable."
