I tried calling multiple times, and the last person I spoke to was no help. Can you tell me exactly when my glasses will ship, and why there's been such a long delay? CS Rep: I see that there was an unforeseen issue during the manufacturing process for your specific lenses, which caused an unexpected hold-up. Your order has been prioritized, and I've confirmed it's now in the final quality check stage. We anticipate it will ship out within the next two business days. Customer: Two more days?
