Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience, one I hope serves as a warning to anyone considering ordering glasses online. This company is terrible. I ordered glasses on March 30th and paid for express shipping, which promised delivery in 3-5 days because my old glasses broke. Day 5 rolled around, and they were still in production; by Day 10, still in production. I felt compelled to call customer service because my vision depended on these, and I couldn't believe the delay. I needed to understand what was going on, and why I was being treated this way. My direct feeling and conclusion is that this company just doesn't give a crap about their customers. Day 19 or whatever and still no glasses!!!

Customer: Hello, I'm calling about order [Order Number]. I placed it on March 30th, and I specifically paid extra for express 3-5 day shipping because my old glasses broke. It's now been nearly three weeks, and I still don't have my glasses. Your tracking says they're still in production.
