Customer: Frustrating is an understatement. I've sent emails, tried chat, and called multiple times, and I still couldn’t get a human until now. My vision is messed up, and I need these for work! CS Rep: My deepest apologies for the difficulties you’ve faced in reaching us. That is not the level of service we aim to provide. Let me pull up your order right away and arrange a return and re-order for the correct prescription, expedited at no additional cost. Customer: So, what’s the process for returning these and getting the right ones quickly? I can't keep using glasses that make me sick. CS Rep: I will immediately email you a pre-paid return label. Once it's scanned, we'll fast-track the production of your new, correct prescription safety glasses. I'll personally monitor this to ensure it's resolved without further delay.
