I recently paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," only to get an email hours later saying my order would take "3 business days." This place is a fraud, charging for services they do NOT provide and making it almost impossible to speak to a human. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage customer service because their site advertised one thing and delivered another, and I refuse to be ripped off.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, but my order confirmation says it will take three business days. That's not next day, and I demand my $19.95 refunded. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the discrepancy. Let me look into your order number for you. Customer: My order is [Customer provides order number]. It's unacceptable to charge for a service you don't provide. I need that delivery fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: Thank you for the order number. I see the expedited shipping charge. While our system indicated "next day delivery," processing times can vary. I can submit a request to our billing department to review the $19.95 charge for a potential refund. Customer: "Potential refund"? This isn't potential; it's a service I paid for and didn't receive. Another agent told me it was "up to them." Just refund my money for the service you failed to provide. CS Rep: I hear your concern. I will escalate this directly to a supervisor for an expedited review of the shipping charge. You should receive an update via email within 24-48 hours regarding the refund decision.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
