Let me share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience with GlassesUSA, a cautionary tale for anyone considering ordering from them. I'm writing this review because I felt compelled to warn others. My direct feeling and conclusion after this ordeal is that GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia, and all I keep getting are automated responses that it's "in transit." I just want my money back! I engaged with customer service hoping for a resolution, but it felt like talking to a wall.

Customer: I need to speak to someone about order #105081183. It was placed on February 24th, and I still haven't received my glasses. The tracking shows it's stuck, and I can't get a real answer about my $246 refund. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/madam. I see your order status here. It appears there was an unexpected delay in transit. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Customer: An inconvenience? I've been waiting for months, and I've only received BOT replies! I need my money back. This is unacceptable. I used Zenni before and never had this problem. CS Rep: I completely empathize with your situation. I see you've already been promised a refund. Let me escalate this immediately to our finance team to ensure that refund is processed within the promised 7-10 business days. I'll also send you a confirmation email of this action. Customer: So, I still have to wait? I had to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General just to get this far. Can't you expedite it or confirm it's already sent? CS Rep: I understand your impatience, and I regret the extra steps you had to take. While I cannot directly initiate an immediate transfer, I will personally follow up on the refund processing status daily and provide you with updates. I want to assure you we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
