My experience with this online glasses retailer was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story as a cautionary tale. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid an express shipping fee for "next day delivery" only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take 3 business days. The utter lack of human customer service forced me into a frustrating ordeal just to get someone to address my concern, let alone refund my money for a service they failed to provide.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery on my order, but I received an email saying it will take 3 business days. That's unacceptable. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. My apologies for the confusion regarding the delivery timeframe. I see your order was placed with expedited shipping. Customer: Expedited doesn't mean three days. It said "next day delivery" on the site. I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded since you're clearly not providing the service I paid for. CS Rep: I understand you're requesting a refund for the shipping fee. I will submit a request to our billing department for review. They will determine the eligibility for a refund based on our shipping policies. Customer: So, I can't just get a refund now? This isn't what I paid for. This whole process, including trying to reach a human, has been incredibly frustrating.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
