Can I please get your order number to look into this for you? Customer: Yes, it's 123456. The issue is, I was trying to get the BOGO deal you advertised, but your site glitches prevented it. Now you're telling me I have to return glasses that are already correct and then reorder them just to get the promo? Why can't you just credit the difference back to my card? That seems like the simplest solution. CS Rep: I understand your preference for a credit, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this reordering process presents. Our current system for promo adjustments often requires a reorder to ensure the correct discount is applied and processed by our fulfillment department.
