I ordered glasses with an added warranty, only to need a replacement when the frame broke. But each time I've needed a lens replacement, they claim my chosen frame is out of stock, forcing me into a store credit plus a small percentage back. It makes no sense how I always end up with a cheaper, lighter pair than the one I originally paid for. I'm so tired of dealing with this crap from GlassesUSA, not to mention the $30 deductible for each replacement. They haven't gotten a single order right since I started purchasing from them! I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this is daylight robbery, and I don't want anyone else to fall victim to their deceptive practices.
