I ordered glasses, which were simple Plano lenses with no prescription, and paid for “next day delivery.” But hours later, I received an email stating my order “will take 3 business days.” This was a blatant rip-off, and I felt compelled to leave a review and engage their customer service to demand a refund for a service I clearly wasn't receiving.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," and my order confirmation email says my glasses will take 3 business days. This is not "next day" at all. I want a refund for the delivery fee.

CS Rep: I understand your concern about the delivery timeframe, sir/ma'am. Our "next day delivery" refers to the shipping speed once your order has completed its processing, which can take up to 3 business days, especially if there's production involved.

Customer: There's no "production" for Plano lenses! It clearly said "eligible for next day delivery" on the site, implying the entire process would be next day. You're charging for a service you're not providing. I need that $19.95 refunded immediately.
