WARNING: My BOGO Promo Nightmare 🚫 Dishonest Site & Zero Customer Service! 😡

My recent online shopping experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it as a warning to others. My conclusion about this company is clear: Dishonest, doesn't honor promos. Makes it impossible to collect offer when the site is full of glitches. No customer Service 24 hours, no agent. Unprofessional. Will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them. I had ordered glasses with a buy-one-get-one promotion, but due to site issues, it didn't apply. I felt I had to contact customer service to get this resolved, but their proposed "solution" was appalling. This is the responses of what they offered. Return them ( even though their correct style and prescription. ) to RETURN AND REORDER to get the bogo they messed up and admitted. Simple solution? Credit back to my card used. Nah that's too easy. I knew I had to leave a review and keep pushing for a fair resolution.

Customer: I'm calling about my recent order, [Order Number]. I placed it with a BOGO promo that never applied due to your website's glitches. Why are you telling me I have to return my perfectly good glasses just to reorder them and get the deal? CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the issues you've faced with the promotion and our website. I understand how frustrating it must be to have to consider returning an order just to apply a discount. Customer: Frustrating is an understatement. It's completely unreasonable. I shouldn't be penalized for your system's error. Why can't you simply issue a credit to my card for the discount I'm owed? CS Rep: I hear your concern, and I agree that a more direct solution would be preferable. Let me check our system immediately to see if there's an alternative way to process that BOGO discount as a credit to your original payment method. Customer: Well, I hope there is, because the current "solution" is just creating more problems for me. I just want the deal I was promised.
