I simply was not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase. Now, I'm told I'll have to wait for an email to input the information I already tried to enter on your silly website. This entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service to understand why this was so difficult, and now, to leave this review.

Customer: Hello, I just spent two and a half hours trying to buy glasses on your site, and it was a complete disaster. I couldn't even input my prescription properly.
