I'm here to share a terrible online shopping experience, hoping my cautionary tale can save others from similar frustration. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it's in transit from a BOT. I just want my money back! This shocking lack of resolution and communication compelled me to leave this review and try one last time to engage with their customer service.

Customer: I'm calling about order #105081183. It was placed on February 24th, and I still haven't received it, nor my refund. Your tracking says it's stuck, and all I get are automated messages. Where is my $246? CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, sir/madam. That sounds incredibly upsetting. Let me pull up your order for #105081183 right now. Customer: Upsetting is an understatement. I've been waiting for weeks, talking to bots, and I just want my money back. This is unacceptable! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the significant delay and the lack of clear communication you've experienced. I see here that a refund has been initiated on April 1st, and it should process within 7-10 business days. Customer: So I have to wait even longer? I only got that initiated after filing complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General! This shouldn't be this hard! CS Rep: I truly regret that you had to go through those steps. I will escalate this to our finance department to ensure the refund is expedited and I'll personally follow up on its status. You'll receive an email update within 24 hours.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
