This is a cautionary tale about my terrible online shopping experience with EyeBuy Direct. I felt compelled to share this to prevent others from falling into the same trap. I had hoped to get a simple pair of prescription progressive lenses with a blue light filter. However, what I received wasn't right, and the replacements were even worse. I’m afraid I don’t have many positive things to say about EyeBuy Direct; the quality just isn’t there, and I cannot use either pair of glasses they shipped to me. This entire ordeal prompted me to engage with their customer service and ultimately, leave this review.

Customer: I'm calling about my recent order. I ordered progressive lenses with a blue light filter, and the first pair I received didn't have the blue light filter. You sent a replacement, but that one also lacks the filter, and the vision is incredibly distorted and blurry on the sides.
