Let me warn you about my terrible online shopping experience. This company, glassesusa, is nothing more than an automated business that truly doesn't care about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for but do not provide. I paid for "next day delivery," a $19.95 fee, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take three business days. This infuriating dishonesty compelled me to try and reach customer service, because I needed that delivery fee refunded.

Customer: "I'm calling about order [Order Number]. I paid for 'next day delivery' but received an email saying it will take three business days. This is false advertising, and I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately." CS Rep: "I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. My apologies for the confusion regarding the delivery timeframe. Let me pull up your order." Customer: "It's completely unacceptable. Your website clearly states 'next day.' I expect a refund for a service not provided." CS Rep: "I see your order details. While we strive for next-day delivery on eligible items, processing times can sometimes vary. I can certainly submit a refund request for the $19.95 delivery fee to our billing department right away." Customer: "Just 'submit a request'? You should refund it now. I paid for a service I didn't get." CS Rep: "I hear your concern. The billing department processes these directly, and you'll receive an email confirmation within 2-3 business days once it's approved. I've noted the urgency for them."

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
