My terrible online shopping experience with GlassesUSA has compelled me to share this as a cautionary tale. I found them to be dishonest, as they didn't honor promos, and their site was full of glitches, making it impossible to collect an offer. This led to an incredibly unprofessional encounter with virtually no customer service available. I felt forced to engage with their customer service because they messed up a BOGO offer on my order, even admitting their mistake, yet refused a simple credit.

Customer: I'm really frustrated. Your website glitched, I couldn't apply my BOGO promo, and now I'm being told I have to return and reorder perfectly good glasses just to get the discount you messed up? This is ridiculous! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the trouble you've experienced with the promotion and our website. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: It's [Order Number]. And frankly, telling me to return my correct prescription glasses just to reorder them for a promo that should have worked initially is unprofessional. Why can't you just credit me the difference? CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration with that proposed solution. Let me see what options we have available. Instead of a return and reorder, we can certainly process a partial refund for the BOGO discount directly to your original payment method. Would that be a more suitable solution for you? Customer: Yes, a direct credit is the simple solution I was asking for all along. Please do that.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
