Let me share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a stark warning to others. I was compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because after spending $372 on glasses, they arrived SCRATCHED! I've been trying for two days to just TALK TO A HUMAN to fix this, but there's been no luck. The 'bot' just keeps sending the return label to an email I never receive. This is pure ineptitude, and frankly, I will NOT be buying from them again.

Customer: I need to speak to someone about an order I received. My glasses are scratched, and I've been trying for two days to get a return label sent to me, but I never receive it. Your bot is useless. CS Rep: I understand you're frustrated, and I apologize for the scratched glasses and the difficulty you've experienced reaching us and receiving your return label. Can I please get your order number so I can look into this for you right away? Customer: It's [Order Number]. And frankly, after FINALLY TALKING TO A HUMAN, you sent the WRONG INFORMATION for the return anyway! This is just unacceptable. I just want this resolved. CS Rep: Thank you for providing that. I see the issue with the incorrect return information, and I am very sorry for that oversight. I'm going to generate a new return label for you now, and I will personally send it to the email address on file, and also confirm it with you here. Would you like me to try sending it to an alternative email address as well, just to be sure? Customer: No, just send it to the one on file, and make sure it's the right one this time. And what about my replacement glasses? I need new glasses, not just a label. CS Rep: Understood. Once we receive your return, we will expedite the processing of your replacement order. I will also make a note to follow up personally to ensure the replacement is initiated promptly. Again, my sincerest apologies for the frustration this has caused.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
