Dishonest & Glitchy: My Worst Online Shopping Nightmare! 😡

I've just had an utterly terrible online shopping experience, which I feel compelled to share as a warning to others. This company is simply Dishonest, doesn't honor promos. The site was full of glitches, making it impossible to collect the offer. My direct conclusion from this ordeal is that they are unprofessional, and I absolutely will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them. I had to engage with customer service because they messed up a simple BOGO offer, and their proposed solution was just outrageous.

Customer: I'm calling because I'm extremely frustrated. Your website glitches prevented my BOGO discount from applying, and now I'm being told I have to return my perfectly good glasses, then reorder them, just to get the promotion you already admitted you messed up. This is absurd!
