My recent online shopping experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I'm sharing it as a cautionary tale for anyone considering this website. To put it plainly, this company is dishonest and doesn't honor promos. It was impossible to collect the offer because the site was full of glitches, and there was no customer service available 24 hours – no agent to speak with. It was completely unprofessional. I will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them. The solutions they offered were to return my correct style and prescription glasses to RETURN AND REORDER just to get the Buy One Get One deal they admitted they messed up. Why couldn't they just credit back my card? That's too easy for them, I suppose. This whole ordeal left me so frustrated and feeling cheated, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review and try to get a reasonable resolution from customer service.

Why can't you just credit the difference to my card? Having me go through a full return and reorder is completely unreasonable and a waste of my time. CS Rep: I hear your concern about the return and reorder process, and I acknowledge that it's highly inconvenient. Our system typically requires a reorder to properly apply promotional pricing post-purchase, but I want to see if there's any alternative for a situation like this. Let me check with my supervisor about a partial credit or another resolution for you. Customer: Thank you, because the current solution is unacceptable. This whole process has been incredibly unprofessional.
