This is a cautionary tale about my truly terrible online shopping experience. I ordered glasses on March 30th from GlassesUSA, paying for express 3-5 day shipping because my old pair had broken and I desperately needed them. Yet, what I got was a nightmare. Day 5 came, my order was still in production. Day 10, still in production. On Day 11, I had to call just to get a shipping refund – they seemed to handle these requests all the time, which was a red flag. Now, it's Day 19 or whatever, and I still have no glasses! This company is terrible; it feels like someone doesn't give a crap about their customers. This complete lack of service compelled me to leave this review and engage with customer service, hoping for an actual resolution.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the significant delay and the frustration this has caused, especially since you chose express shipping due to your old glasses breaking. I've already had to call once just to get the shipping fee refunded because it was clear they wouldn't arrive on time. I need my glasses, not more delays. CS Rep: I see your order status, and you are absolutely right; this is an unacceptable delay for an express shipment. I completely understand your frustration. We are showing it as still processing. I will escalate this immediately to our production team for an urgent update and a direct shipping confirmation. Customer: "Still processing" after 19 days for an express order is just unacceptable. What is the actual solution here? When will I get them? CS Rep: I completely agree it's unacceptable. While I can't give you an exact delivery date without hearing back from production, I can assure you I will personally follow up within the next 24 hours with a concrete update and explore options for additional compensation for this extensive inconvenience.
