I specifically paid for a $19.95 "next day delivery" fee, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take "3 business days." This blatant false advertising and the complete lack of human customer service compelled me to leave this review and relentlessly try to get a refund for a service I clearly didn't receive.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/madam. Let me check your order details. I see you selected express shipping. There can sometimes be a processing period before the item ships, which might extend the delivery estimate. Customer: But your site said "eligible for next day delivery" when I checked out and specifically charged me for it. That's misleading. I paid for next day, not "next week" delivery. I want my money back for that specific service. CS Rep: I apologize for the miscommunication and any inconvenience. I will submit a request to our billing department for a refund of your next-day delivery fee. They typically review such requests within 2-3 business days. Customer: Two to three business days just to review a refund for a service you failed to provide? That's exactly the kind of automated runaround that makes this experience so horrible. I paid for a service that wasn't delivered; the refund should be straightforward.
