My recent online shopping experience with GlassesUSA was an absolute nightmare, and I'm sharing it so others don't suffer the same fate. Can you imagine receiving glasses that actually make you sick? I was sent the wrong prescription safety glasses, which immediately caused dizziness and nausea. It's truly infuriating when you invest in something crucial for your health and safety, only to receive a faulty product. The worst part was that it’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails, and I still couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I felt compelled to leave a review and try to engage with customer service because this level of incompetence and lack of support is simply unacceptable.

Customer: I received the wrong prescription safety glasses, and they're causing me dizziness and nausea. This is completely unacceptable, and I've tried multiple times to reach someone—chat, calls, emails—with no success. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the error with your prescription and the difficulty you've experienced reaching us. I understand this must be incredibly frustrating, especially with symptoms like dizziness. Could you please provide your order number? Customer: It's [Order Number]. This isn't just an inconvenience; these are safety glasses! I need a solution immediately, not more automated responses or delayed emails. CS Rep: I completely understand the urgency. I've located your order. We are very sorry for this mistake. To resolve this, we will arrange for a return of the incorrect pair and process a new order with the correct prescription. Customer: So I have to send these back first and then wait again? That leaves me without safety glasses. This whole process is exactly what I'm complaining about – it's impossible to get real help!
