To put it simply, they have still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a proper response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it's 'in transit' from a bot. This ongoing issue compelled me to reach out to their customer service, hoping to finally get some answers and my money back.
Customer: Hello, I'm calling about order number 105081183. It's been weeks since I placed it, and I still haven't received my glasses. The tracking shows it's stuck, and I haven't gotten my refund either. Where is my money?
