Next-Day Delivery Fraud & Customer Service Nightmare! 😤

My recent online shopping experience was nothing short of terrible, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning. I paid for "next day delivery," which their site clearly stated was "eligible for next day delivery." But then, just hours later, I received an email saying my order was "in process and will take 3 business days." This company is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I felt I had to demand a refund for the shipping fee and get some answers, but reaching a human was nearly impossible, forcing me through endless automated systems.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery on my order, but then I received an email stating it would take 3 business days. That's not what I paid for! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. My apologies for the discrepancy in the delivery estimate. Can I get your order number to look into this? Customer: It's #123456789. And frankly, trying to even reach a live person here has been a nightmare of automated bots and unanswered emails. I expect a refund for that $19.95 delivery fee immediately. CS Rep: Thank you for that. I see the issue. I am truly sorry for the confusion regarding the delivery timeframe and the difficulty you experienced reaching us. I've processed a full refund for your express shipping fee, which should reflect in your account within 3-5 business days. Customer: So, I just paid for a service I didn't get, and it took this much effort to get a simple shipping refund? This is unacceptable.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
