I spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. Never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, that I never received! It's unbelievable! Been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. Ineptitude at its finest, as they even sent the wrong information for the return after I FINALLY talked to someone! I felt compelled to write this review because the whole situation felt like a scam. I deserve a resolution. Lawyers will be contacted in order to rectify this. No more business from me. I needed to escalate it, after so many attempts.
