This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid for a $19.95 "next-day delivery" fee, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take "3 business days." This blatant misrepresentation compelled me to reach out to their customer service, only to face an automated wall everywhere I turned, from their toll-free line to live chat, and even multiple emails went unanswered. It felt like they hoped I'd just give up from pure frustration, but I wouldn't.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, but my order email says it will take three business days. This is unacceptable. I want my $19.95 shipping fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I sincerely apologize for the discrepancy between the delivery promise on the website and the actual estimated delivery time.
