I'm writing this because I had an absolutely terrible online shopping experience, and I hope my cautionary tale can save others from the same frustration. My order with Glasses USA was a complete nightmare. They were dishonest and didn't honor their promotions. The website was full of glitches, making it impossible to collect the offer. To top it off, there's no customer service available 24 hours a day, no agent to speak with. It was completely unprofessional. I will NOT return to them, and I do NOT recommend them. When I finally got through, the only solution they offered was to return my perfectly correct style and prescription glasses and reorder them just to fix their BOGO mistake, instead of a simple credit back to my card. It was absurd! That's why I felt compelled to leave this review and demanded a conversation with their customer service.

Customer: I'm calling about order #[order number]. Your website glitched, and I couldn't apply the BOGO promotion, which you advertised. Now I'm told I have to return my current glasses and reorder them just to get the offer. That's ridiculous! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the technical issues you experienced on our website and the inconvenience this has caused with your BOGO promotion. Let me review your order details immediately. Customer: This is Glasses USA! Why can't you just credit the difference back to my card? It's your mistake! The glasses are the correct style and prescription, so why put me through the hassle of returning and reordering? It's utterly unprofessional. CS Rep: I hear your concerns about our standard return and reorder process. While that is often the procedure for promotional adjustments, I agree that given the website glitch, we should explore other solutions. I'm going to consult with my supervisor to see if we can process a direct credit for you. Customer: This whole situation is just unacceptable. I just want this resolved fairly, without more wasted time on my end.
