My experience with GlassesUSA has been a complete nightmare, and I'm sharing it as a stark warning. They've held onto $246.00 of my hard-earned money for an order I never received, placed back on February 24th. The tracking still says it's stuck in Atlanta, and despite my pleas, all I get are automated bot responses claiming it's "in transit." I just want my money back! I felt I had no choice but to reach out to customer service, hoping to get some real action and prevent others from enduring this frustration.

Customer: I need to know what's happening with my order #105081183. It was placed February 24th, I never received it, and you still have my $246.00! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Let me look into order #105081183 for you. Customer: All I've gotten so far are bot responses saying it's "in transit" while the tracking shows it stuck in Atlanta. This is unacceptable. I want my money back! I used Zinni before and never had this problem. CS Rep: I see the issue. There appears to be an unusual delay with the shipment. I'm escalating this directly to our refunds department now. You should receive an email confirmation within 24 hours regarding the refund process. Customer: An email confirmation isn't good enough. I need my money back now, not another promise. How long until I actually see my $246.00? CS Rep: I truly apologize for the delay. Once processed, refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. I assure you, we're doing our best to expedite this for you.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.

Kudos Kudos Kudos! LOVE THAT THEY DONATE! And yet another update in December 2023! Love how they read and respond to reviews, especially positive reviews as many companies will ignore the positive reviews and only respond to the really negative ones. I appreciate that this company acknowledges the time customers take to give kudos! So….yet another kudos to Mozaer.com!"

I even found amazing reading glasses for men that fit perfectly. The entire process was seamless, from browsing to receiving my order quickly. It's affordable luxury with genuine care.
