Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale. I spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and have been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix this issue, with no luck. The frustration of dealing with a worthless bot sending me a return label I never received compelled me to finally leave this review and insist on speaking to customer service. This whole situation, from the faulty product to the non-existent support, just screams ineptitude at its finest.

I need to return these scratched glasses I spent $372 on, and I've never received the return label the bot keeps supposedly sending.
