They still haven't sent my refund for an order I never received, holding onto $246 of my hard-earned money since February 24th! All I get are automated bot responses saying it's in transit, despite the tracking showing it stuck in Atlanta. I felt compelled to leave this review and relentlessly engage with their customer service because this company is simply atrocious and I want my money back.

Customer: I need to know why my refund for order #105081183 still hasn't been processed. I never received the glasses, and it's been weeks! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the delay you've experienced with your order and refund. Let me check your order details for you right now. Customer: It's completely unacceptable. The tracking shows it's been stuck in Atlanta forever, and I've only received bot replies. Where is my $246? CS Rep: I see that a refund was approved on April 1st for your order #105081183. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to fully process and appear on your statement. Customer: So, I have to wait even longer? This is ridiculous! I shouldn't have to fight this hard to get my money back for something I never even received! CS Rep: I truly apologize for the inconvenience and the extended wait you've faced. We are processing it as quickly as possible now that it has been approved for you.
