I got my $10 back, but these glasses were still six days out on delivery, according to them. This whole situation has been a nightmare. It’s now Day 19 or whatever, and I still have no glasses! It’s absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible. I had to reach out to customer service to understand what was going on and why they were failing so spectacularly.
