My initial excitement about a discount quickly turned into disbelief because "the coupon was applied to my order and showed it was applied but then when I input my credit card info and hit confirm purchase, my receipt showed the coupon not being applied." This felt incredibly dishonest and was compounded by subsequent problems. I felt compelled to immediately contact customer service to rectify the situation and express my profound disappointment.

Customer: "Hello, I just placed an order, and a 45% off coupon for spending over $250 didn't apply to my final purchase. It showed as applied during the checkout process, but my receipt has the full price." CS Rep: "I'm sorry to hear that. Could you please confirm if you entered the coupon code correctly, or if there were any specific terms and conditions?" Customer: "Yes, I'm certain I did.
