GlassesUSA Nightmare: No Glasses, No Refund, Just Bots! 😡💸

My terrible online shopping experience with GlassesUSA has prompted me to share this cautionary tale. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta. I can't get a real response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it's "in transit" from a bot. This frustrating run-around pushed me to finally get a human on the line, hoping to get my money back and understand what happened.

Customer: I'm calling because GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for order #105081183. It's been weeks, and my glasses never arrived. All I get are bot responses saying it's 'in transit.' I want my $246 back. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, and I apologize for the delay and the lack of clear communication. Let me look into your order, #105081183, right away. Customer: This is ridiculous. My money has been tied up since February 24th. I shouldn't have to fight this hard for a refund on an order I never even received! CS Rep: You are absolutely right, and I am very sorry for the inconvenience and stress this has caused. I see here that a refund was finally approved on April 1st. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for it to reflect in your account. Customer: So, I still have to wait up to two more weeks for my money, after all this? I had to file complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General just to get this far! CS Rep: I understand your disappointment with the timeline. I assure you the refund is processing. I've noted your strong feedback, and we are working to improve our processes.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
