Cautionary Tale: My $372 Scratched Glasses & Unresponsive CS Hell 🤯

My online shopping experience with this company was absolutely terrible, and I hope sharing it serves as a cautionary tale. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because I spent $372 on scratched glasses, and what followed was a nightmare. I’ve been trying for two days just to talk to a human to fix this issue, with absolutely no luck. I tried to start a return/exchange, but I never received the return label, and their “bot” just keeps sending it to an email I never get. It's pure ineptitude, making me feel completely ripped off.

Customer: I've been trying for two days to reach someone! My glasses arrived scratched, and I've been unable to get a return label. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've experienced. Can I please get your order number so I can look into this immediately? Customer: It's [Order Number]. I keep getting a bot loop, and the return label for these scratched glasses never arrives in my email. CS Rep: Thank you. I see the issue. It appears there was a technical glitch preventing the label from reaching you. I've corrected your email address on file and I am resending the return label right now. Please check your inbox in the next few minutes. Customer: So you're saying I'll actually get it this time? I just want to return these scratched glasses and get this resolved. This has been incredibly frustrating.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
