My 19-Day Glasses Nightmare: A Warning Against This 'Terrible Company' 😤😭

I ordered glasses on March 30th, desperately needing them because my old pair broke, so I paid for express shipping, expecting them in 3-5 days. But day 5 came, and they were "still in production." Day 10, still "in production." By day 11, I called, frustrated, just to ask for a shipping refund. It was clear they "seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded." I got my $10 back, but these glasses are "STILL 6 days out on delivery." Honestly, "Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers." I was so fed up, I knew I had to speak with customer service and warn others, because "Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!!"
