I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take 3 business days. Where is next day? This blatant false advertising, coupled with an automated customer service system that feels designed to make you give up from frustration, forced me to demand answers and ultimately leave this review.

Customer: I paid for next day delivery, $19.95, but my order email says it will take 3 business days to process. This is unacceptable, and I need that fee refunded immediately.
