The website was so messed up, it took me two and a half hours just to try and purchase two pairs of glasses. I couldn't even type in my prescription and save it to continue! I was told I'd have to be sent an email to re-enter information I'd already typed. I felt compelled to leave a review and contact customer service because this level of frustration is unacceptable.
