GlassesUSA Warning: $246 Stolen, Order Never Received, & Refund Denied! 😡🚨

I'm here to share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping to prevent anyone else from falling into the same trap. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received, and they have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from an order placed on February 24th. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because I want my money back, and I'm fed up with this utter lack of accountability.

Customer: Hello, I need to speak to someone about order #105081183. I still haven't received my glasses, and it's been weeks. The tracking shows it stuck in Atlanta, and I keep getting bot responses when I try to get a refund. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I see your order for $246.00 was placed on February 24th. The tracking indeed shows it in Atlanta. I sincerely apologize for the delay and the automated responses you've received. Customer: Apologies aren't enough. I want my money back! I've been trying for ages, and it feels impossible to get a refund. Why can't anyone actually help when I clearly state I never received my order? CS Rep: I hear you. This is clearly unacceptable. I can confirm a refund was agreed upon, and it usually takes 7-10 business days to process. I will personally escalate this to ensure it's processed without further delay and investigate why you've had such difficulty getting assistance. Customer: So, you're telling me I still have to wait 7-10 days, even after all this hassle? This company is atrocious. I had to file complaints with multiple organizations just to get this far.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap with GlassesUSA's abysmal customer service and refund process.
