If you have any issues with your glasses from this company, GlassesUSA, just shop elsewhere. They'll gladly take your money, but when it's time to fix a problem, it feels impossible. This business is pretty much fully automated, and when I finally got in touch with someone, they were extremely rude and ended the call when they thought it needed to be ended. There’s no one else to talk to, no way to file a complaint. I felt utterly scammed, completely helpless. That's why I felt compelled to share my story and try to get some resolution with customer service.
