They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I ordered, paid for "next day delivery" at $19.95, and hours later received an email stating my order was in process and would take 3 business days. Where is next day? This blatant misrepresentation and the complete lack of accessible human customer service—from automated lines to bot chats and unanswered emails—compelled me to leave this review and insist on speaking with someone.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and my order confirmation says it will take 3 business days. This is unacceptable, and I demand a refund for the express shipping fee.
