I've come to the conclusion that this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because after paying for “next day delivery” at a cost of $19.95, I was hours later sent an email stating that “my order is in process and will take 3 business days.” I mean, where is "next day" in that? I simply wanted what I paid for and some answers.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery for my order, but then received an email saying it would take 3 business days. What's going on? I need a refund for the $19.95 delivery fee.
CS Rep: I apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience this has caused, sir/madam. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you?
