This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for but do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," yet hours later, I received an email stating my order would take "3 business days." This blatant discrepancy compelled me to contact customer service for a refund.

Customer: I was charged for next-day delivery on my order, but my confirmation says it will take three business days. This is unacceptable; I want my $19.95 refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your concern, and I apologize for the discrepancy. Let me look into your order for you right away. Customer: Look into it? There's nothing to look into. You advertised "next day," charged me for "next day," and now you're not delivering "next day." This is dishonest! I've been through your automated phone system already, it's useless. CS Rep: I hear your frustration regarding the delivery timeframe and our automated system. I'm submitting a request to our billing department to review the expedited shipping fee. They typically process these requests within 3-5 business days. Customer: A review? Why a review? You didn't provide the service! Just refund the money. I paid for something I didn't get, it's that simple. This is why I'll never do business with you again.
